Mala Strana by night

No doubt the most memorable part of my recent stint to Prague was my nocturnal visit to Prague Castle. The cold, dry wind biting into my bones, the steep hike up to the monument, which I thought I’d never survive…but it was, as they say, worth it.

My burning throat and pounding heart were subdued by the breath-taking – quite literally considering the near asthma attack-inducing climb – view of Prague by night, and a refreshingly dark, cosy and mysterious Mala Strana…
